VRS proportioning valves are ready to be integrated into any of our single or three phase hopper loaders, in order to provide good consistent ratio blending of Virgin and reground material.

The body is manufactured from aluminium and stainless steel and is designed to facilitate complete emptying of the material. A removable Perspex viewing window is made to a high specification.

It is supplied complete with hose and material aspiration tube.

The VRS can also be supplied with independent timers fitted which enable retro-fitment to any other make of hopper loader (as shown)
